As mentioned on a few other pages on our site, I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing exclusive mortgage leads. These leads tend to cost at least twice as much as a regular mortgage lead. The reason is that if a consumer fills out a form on one site, the chances are that the same consumer might fill out another form on a different site, which defeats the purpose of an exclusive mortgage lead.
